Get help with Morsel
Include your app version, iOS version, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot can help, but remove personal details that are not needed. For a food match or portion issue, tap the entry’s nutrition value to inspect or correct it.
Privacy requests
For questions about your information or requests to access, correct or delete it, use ino@morsel.fit with “Privacy request” in the subject. Start with a short description; please do not send your full food journal, health records, passwords or payment details. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.
Subscriptions and billing
For an Apple-billed subscription, manage cancellation in your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Refund requests go through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Email us for questions about Pro features.
